I was born in Madrid and grew up in an international environment where vision, communication and cultural openness were part of everyday life. This background helped me develop intercultural skills, relational awareness and a systemic perspective on people and organisations from a young age. I speak several languages and have been working in multicultural professional settings for over twenty years.

After studying psychology and gaining work experience across Austria and Italy I built an extensive career in international sales, particularly in the wine industry. Working closely with diverse businesses gave me a deep understanding of the decision-making, relational and cultural dynamics that shape collaboration and performance.

I later chose to move into people development and leadership. For over ten years I worked in the cosmetics and food supplement sector, training and supporting a network of more than 500 professionals across Europe. As a trainer and speaker I have worked with thousands of professionals on topics like accountability, effective communication and personal leadership.

Today I am an NLP Coach recognised by the Swiss Coaching Association and a Federal Swiss Certified Supervisor. I work with individuals, organisations and institutional programmes to support professional development, integration and the strengthening of transversal skills.

I specialise in supporting highly sensitive individuals and people navigating complex professional environments, using systemic NLP methodologies and evocative tools such as OHH Cards to build self-awareness, clarity and autonomy.

I also teach at PNL Evolution School in Lugano in their advanced coaching and counselling programme, where I focus on working through difficult emotions in professional and relational contexts.

Through individual coaching and transformative programmes I guide professionals and organisations in developing conscious leadership, personal accountability and sound decision-making that supports sustainable and lasting growth.
