By booking a session, creating an account, or using this website and its services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and fully agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.​

Nature of the Coaching Service

• Coaching is an interactive professional relationship between the client (not a patient) and the Coach, aimed at supporting the client in developing personal resources and improving overall well-being.

• The Coach is a multidisciplinary communication professional who accompanies the client along a mutually agreed path focused on achieving specific goals.

• ​

• Coaching:

• is not therapy

• is not a medical or paramedical activity

• does not replace medical or psychological treatment

• Where appropriate, the Coach may recommend that the client consult qualified professionals (such as doctors, psychologists, or psychotherapists).

• ​

Confidentiality

The Coach is bound by professional confidentiality and ensures that all information shared during sessions remains strictly confidential.

Information may only be disclosed if required by law or with the explicit consent of the client.

Processing of Personal Data​

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws (nLPD and, where applicable, GDPR).

The client consents to the processing of personal data, including sensitive data where applicable, as necessary for the provision of services.

This may include the collection, storage, organization, use, modification, communication, and deletion of data using appropriate manual and/or digital methods to ensure confidentiality.

Client Declarations

​

The client declares:

• to provide accurate and complete information

• to be responsible for their own decisions and actions

• to understand the non-therapeutic nature of coaching

Limitation of Liability

​

The Coach shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from:

• the client’s failure to disclose relevant information

• improper use or personal interpretation of session content

• independent decisions made by the client

Coaching is intended to support personal development and does not guarantee specific results.

Service Delivery

​

• Sessions are conducted individually

• Standard duration: 60 minutes

• Method used: Relational Systemic NLP Coaching

• Both the Coach and the client agree to respect scheduled times.

Cancellations and Delays

​

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be communicated in advance.

In the event of:

• same-day cancellation

• delay exceeding 60 minutes

the Coach reserves the right to charge the full session fee.

Duration and Termination

The coaching relationship is considered concluded at the end of the agreed session or program.

The client may terminate the relationship at any time upon notification.

Both parties may agree to renew or modify the coaching process, including objectives, duration, or structure.

Governing Law​

For any matters not expressly regulated in these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations shall apply.

Final Declaration

​

The client confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Use of the services constitutes full acceptance of this agreement.
