Meet Lara
Certified Life coach
Born in Madrid and shaped by an international upbringing, I bring over a decade of experience in coaching, leadership and personal growth. I am an NLP Coach certified by the Swiss Coaching Association and a Swiss Federal Certified Supervisor, working across Europe with individuals, companies and governmental programs.
My career began in international business, leading and training teams of hundreds across multiple countries. Before evolving into a mission: guiding people to rediscover who they truly are. Today, I specialise in supporting sensitive individuals, creating retreats where awareness, authenticity, and growth open the path to transformation. I also teach at PNL Evolution School in Lugano, focusing on “difficult emotions” in the third-year coaching and counseling program.
